1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Collabsprint, a sole trader, which provides Parley. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Collabsprint. By creating an account or using Parley, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or over to use Parley.
  • One account is for one person. Use your own email address, and keep access to it and to your passkeys secure.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. What Parley does

Parley finds roles that fit your brief, prepares a tailored CV and drafted answers for each application, fills in employers’ application forms with its Chrome extension, and tracks replies from email you share with it.

Parley is not a recruiter or an employment agency. We have no relationship with the employers you apply to and no say in their decisions. We cannot promise that you will get an interview or a job.

4. You submit every application

The extension fills the form and stops. Parley never presses Submit: you read the form, change what you want, and submit it yourself. Each application is yours, sent by you.

5. AI-generated text

Parley writes tailored CVs, cover letters and answers with AI. AI can be wrong: it can misread your CV, overstate what you have done, or answer a question in a way you would not. Read everything before you send it, and correct anything that is not true. You are responsible for what you submit.

Some employers screen for AI-written answers. When a posting or a form holds an instruction aimed at AI, Parley marks that employer as one that screens for AI-written answers. Write the open answers for those employers in your own words.

6. How you may use Parley

You agree to:

  • upload only your own CV and information about yourself;
  • never use Parley to send false information to an employer;
  • forward to Parley only emails about your own applications;
  • never try to reach another person’s data, overload the service, get around its limits, or copy it in bulk;
  • never use Parley for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to export your data.

7. Your content

You keep all rights in your CV, answers and everything else you add, and in the drafts Parley writes for you. You let us store and process that content, and send it to the services in our Privacy policy, only to run Parley for you.

8. Job postings and employers’ sites

Postings in Parley come from public job boards and employers’ own sites, and belong to their publishers. A posting can be wrong, out of date or closed. Check the employer’s own page before you apply. Employers’ sites have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

9. Plans and payment

Parley has three plans, as the pricing page shows:

  • Free, €0: 5 tailored applications a week, for as long as you like.
  • Pro, €15 a month: unlimited tailored applications. It renews each month until you cancel, then stops at the end of the month you paid for.
  • Until hired, €29 once, for 3 months: unlimited tailored applications for 12 weeks, with the interview promise. It is one payment and never renews.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe, which handles your card details; Parley never sees your full card number. Until paid plans are on sale, choosing one records your request and charges nothing.

The law where you live may give you a right to cancel a purchase and get a refund. These terms do not reduce that right.

10. The interview promise

On Until hired, if you have 8 active weeks with no interview, your plan gets 4 more weeks, free, once.

  • Weeks run Monday to Monday (UTC), from the week your plan starts.
  • An active week is one in which you send at least one application that Parley records, before your plan ends.
  • An interview is any role in Parley that reaches the interviewing or offer stage after your plan starts.
  • The extra weeks are added when your 8th active week ends with no interview. They are added once per plan.

You can see your active weeks in You › Plan.

11. Fair use

To keep Parley affordable for everyone, each account has a daily limit on AI work, and the service has a monthly limit overall. When a limit is reached, AI work waits until it resets. Your data, the board and the tracker stay available.

12. Other services

Parley relies on other services, named in our Privacy policy, such as OpenAI for AI, Google for Gmail and Calendar, and Chrome for the extension. Their terms also apply when you use them. If one of them changes or stops, part of Parley may stop working until we adapt.

13. Changes to Parley

We improve Parley all the time and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important on a plan you have paid for, we tell you in advance and you can cancel. We aim to keep Parley available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

14. Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time. To delete your account and everything Parley keeps for you, go to You › Account › Delete my account. You can export your data first in You › Your data. We may end this agreement under section 6, or if we stop providing Parley, in which case we tell you in advance.

15. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the consumer law of your country gives you.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for employers’ decisions, for what you submit to an employer, for errors in job postings, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update this page and its date. If a change matters to you, we email you before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

17. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to put it right. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory protections of your country’s law apply.
