Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in switched-mode power conversion, feedback control systems, and battery charging applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a proven track record delivering high-performance power electronic products from concept through production. The successful candidate will design innovative, high-efficiency power conversion solutions in a collaborative, product-focused environment while providing technical leadership across New Product Introduction, Sustaining Engineering, Advanced Engineering, and R&D. The role requires strong experience with power converter design, including Power Factor Correction, LLC resonant converters, Phase-Shifted Full Bridge converters, flyback converters, isolated and non-isolated DC-DC conversion, and digitally controlled power systems. Benefits Base Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year plus bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
