About the role
The Clinical Partnerships Representative drives patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across a multi-state territory with healthcare and community organizations. They represent Equip's mission, connect people to treatment, and require an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach. This remote role involves regular field engagement, balancing virtual and in-person meetings.

Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% remotely with regular field travel required within assigned territory (up to 40%). Position requires being in-market 2–3 days per week across a mix of local account visits (half or full days) and occasional overnight stays (approx. 2–4 overnights per month). Actual field time may vary based on assigned territory geography, account density, and business performance goals.
Must live in the assigned region with access to reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
