Job Description As a Design Engineer at Avery Dennison, you will be a major contributor to our Research and Development Team within the Fastener Solutions Division in Fitchburg, MA. In this role, you will leverage strong product design experience to create precision plastic components, test fixtures, electro and pneumatic mechanisms, and machinery for worldwide distribution. You will plan, schedule, and execute multiple product development projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Quality to deliver high-volume plastic products used primarily in the automotive, industrial, and retail industries. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of experience in the engineering design of plastic components, mechanisms, and high-volume automotive plastic parts.
Additional Information Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $121,000/ year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
