We’re seeking an entry-level Account Associate to support Veolia’s mining and heavy industry customer base in northern Minnesota while learning the fundamentals of technical service, customer support, and account development. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers and Field Service professionals, supporting industrial and mining customers while developing hands-on experience in chemical application systems, dust control performance, and customer-facing technical service. The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $79,825.00 - $85,000.00 USD. Benefits:
