YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each account through proactive upsell and uplift.
Run a proactive, commercial CS motion. You do not wait for customers to call. You call them, spot the opportunity in every conversation, and bring it home.
Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.
Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market.
Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

1 to 3 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.
A commercial mindset. You see every customer touch as a chance to add value and expand the account. Direct sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
CRM fluency. Experience working a portfolio in a CRM; HubSpot is a plus.
Comfort building in a fast-moving market and staying hands-on, including operational support, while the market scales.
Languages: native-level Spanish and fluent English are required. Italian is a plus.

Annual Salary Range: €35,000 - 45,000 OTE
