About the Role We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting at Ande.ai http://Ande.ai, from building top-of-funnel pipeline to closing offers, across both technical and non-technical roles. You'll be a talent advisor to leadership: setting the bar, coaching hiring managers, and building the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us. You'll have real ownership over how we hire. You'll thrive here if you like building processes from scratch, managing up to senior stakeholders, and directly shaping the growth of the business with incredible talent.
