The Opportunity Are you an experienced planner, scheduler or service coordinator looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a growing national service function? We're supporting an ambitious and growing business in the search for a Service Planning Manager to lead the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across a nationwide customer base. This is far more than a scheduling role. You'll become the central point of contact for engineers, customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring maintenance programmes are delivered efficiently, emergency call-outs are managed effectively and service standards remain exceptionally high. With significant growth planned, this role offers the opportunity to shape processes, improve service delivery and develop into a wider leadership position over time.
