Framework:
Kraken is looking for a Solutions Consultant to become the product and technical expert at the heart of our North American sales team. You’ll work alongside Sales to understand prospective utility clients, translate their challenges into Kraken solutions, and demonstrate how our technology can transform the way they operate and serve their customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting deep into a product and then making the complex feel simple. You’ll lead tailored demos and technical conversations, contribute to RFPs, support opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and build strong relationships across product, engineering, and delivery to stay close to what Kraken can do today and where it’s going next.
We’re looking for someone with a strong technology and product mindset, ideally with experience in pre-sales, software delivery, or energy technology. Experience with CIS, MDM, CRM, or utility platforms would be particularly valuable.
You’ll have significant autonomy to develop your expertise, influence major opportunities, and directly contribute to Kraken’s growth in North America while exploring a broad product landscape spanning billing, data, AI, customer experience, and energy.
